I stayed here because it was near the Oregon Convention Center. I was pleasantly
surprised at the level of service I received. Everyone at the front desk were
very nice and helpful. The housekeeping staff was very friendly. My room
included a breakfast plan. The staff was also very friendly and efficient. Ming
the waiter was super! I would definitely stay here again when in the area. The
room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfy too.

This truly is a hotel for conventions and business travelers. The hotel is a
little off the beaten path but transit system makes up for the the location. It
is a huge facility so it can get crazy with all the different groups in the
hotel. A little better then average but the staff was great. NW Friends

I had a quick stay here a weeks ago. The rooms were very nice and the hotel
grounds were clean. The hotel is located downtown near numerous attractions.
During my stay, the toilet kept breaking. I knew what was wrong and kept fixing
it myself even after I complained about it. Well, the hotel paid for half my
room one night. The 2nd night the hotel forgot to give me a wake call. Once or
twice a year this happens and it really stinks. Truly it is one of the most
simple but important things a hotel can perform for a guest. Again, the Manager
made up for it by buying me dinner at the hotel.
Yes, I had some problems during my stay. The Manager tried their best to make up
for the problems I encountered.

2 nights at the hotel good location, staff very friendly and helpful, English
lady at the desk upon check in very helpful and efficient as well as the bell
desk team. Busy hotel, older style but clean. Used the light rail to get
downtown which was handy. Breakfast was good each morning. Missed placed one of
my breakfast vouchers on day of departure and had to pay $ 5 for a new one which
I thought was a bit odd..
Will stay again when visiting Portland..
