my friend and I stayed here for 2 nights and we had a good stay. granted we
didn't spend a huge amount of time at the hotel but we slept well. the front
desk staff in the afternoon were a bit rude/lazy. but the morning staff was
awesome. housekeeping was a bit lacking, we found a sock, dust bunnies, and a
candy wrapper behind the bed stand. (we noticed because we needed a plug in for
our phones.) also there was a box of half eaten fudge sitting in the closet
shelf. i wonder how long that was there for....it was fine for the price we got

Here was the worst room in my life. It was horrible smell in the room but i
couldn't open the window wide to ventilate the room. The odor of cigarette smoke
permeated the room, bed seat, pillow, and blanket. Bathroom too!!!!
Never stay here again. NEVER. TERRIBLE!

Not bad for price and location, but front desk staff could be better (yes, I am
talking about you Roberta Abbe). She was terrible. The rest of the staff was not
too bad, but this gal I just mentioned simply has no basic customer service
skills.

Just beyond the updated lobby the stank of old, run-down motel comes creeping
in. Our non-smoking room had the smell of cheap deodorizer attempting to cover
up years of what was once a heavily smoked in room. We had a ghetto view of the
nicer Best Western across the rooftop and the highway. On the other side of the
hotel would have been a much more pleasant view of soccer fields but we were
only there for one night so we tolerated it. The bed was old and uncomfortable.
The elevator was sketchy. I didn't expect luxury but the pictures of this place
online are deceiving. There's a convenience store right next door and a
restaurant (Elmer's - Oregon's German Denny's) and it is very convenient to I-5.
Front desk was nice enough. Breakfast was par for the Day's Inn course.

The rooms were a good size, clean linens, decent bed. Great continental
breakfast. excellent value for the money
